Once you’ve selected the suitable furniture, you need to take steps to order the product from us. Anja Furniture Living has prepared the procedures for placing an order. Ordering is quite easy because we strive to provide the best service for you.

Inform Us of Your Needs

Choosing a product is the consumer’s right. You can choose from all types of furniture available here. We offer all furniture according to your preferences, whether it’s ready-made or custom-designed.

Through Our Website

If the furniture is from us, you can make your selection through our website. There are many interesting options available, including sofas, chairs, tables, and more. Choose a design you like, and if it’s not quite right, you can add other items.

Once you’ve made your selection, you can download it first. Then, send it to the provided email. We will respond to your email and agree on creating the chosen furniture.

With Your Own Design

For custom designs, you are required to create a good design. We will only apply that design to create the desired furniture. However, if the design does not seem quite right, you can consult with us.

Once the design is finalized, send it to the provided email address. Don’t forget to include the dimensions, materials, and design references. This way, we will fully understand the design you want.

Receive a Summary

After sending an email, we will send a summary in a reply email. The summary will confirm that the design request has been received. You just need to wait for the next steps.

At this stage, an agreement about the product between you and us will take place, including payment, delivery methods, and the time required to complete the furniture. So you don’t need to worry about when the furniture will arrive at your home.

Make a Payment

Once the price is agreed upon, the next step is to make the payment according to the agreed price. The amount to be sent depends on the transaction agreement. You can make a deposit first or pay in full.

Currently, we only accept payments via bank transfer. This method is considered the best. You can send proof of transfer to the email or WhatsApp number available in the admin contact.

Make sure when sending money it is addressed to “ANJA SAPUTRA SETIAWAN”. This is the name of the owner of Anja Furniture Living. Do not make mistakes in sending, as you need to include proof of payment in the name of Anja Furniture Living.

Bank Name

The bank used is “PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA (BCA)”. This is one of the largest banks in Indonesia, and even in Asia. Large banks are the preferred choice due to factors of security and convenience during transactions.

Account Number

When sending a specific amount, make sure to use the account number “247.018.5441”. If transferring to another bank, use the appropriate code. Or you can directly send it through the nearest BCA bank teller.

Advance Payment

An advance payment is used to establish trust between you and us. It is also used for various purposes, such as purchasing materials or other needs. Here are the payment criteria:

• 50% of Total Cost: You need to send 50% of the cost when the furniture is to be made. This payment should be sent directly to the provided account. We also set a deadline for payment to avoid issues with unreliable customers.
• 50% at Delivery: The remaining 50% of the advance payment must be given before the goods are shipped. The payment method is the same as the advance payment. You are satisfied with our furniture, and we are also satisfied with your payment.

What You Need for Importing Our Products

Importing is not the same as domestic shipping. There are many documents that need to be prepared. These requirements have been set by the government. In other words, we just need to follow them. Here are some things you need to prepare:

Invoice

The invoice must be completed as it affects the tax to be applied. The more expensive the item, the higher the tax might be. Taxes are the buyer’s obligation.

Packing List

A packing list should be noted to retrieve goods once they arrive in the destination country. This helps to avoid confusion with products from other consumers, making it easier for us to send them.

Shipping Manifest / Tracking Number

When the furniture is shipped, whether by land or sea, there will be a tracking number for the goods we send. If not, the furniture might be considered illegal and seized by the authorities with a fine imposed.

Country of Origin Certificate

Where was the product made? You need to provide this information to ensure smoother and faster delivery. Each country of origin has a different code that will direct the shipment to the correct destination.

Other Documents

If other documents are required, we will contact you. This is because different destination countries sometimes require additional documents. If not needed, disregard this point.
