Terms of Sale for Anja Furniture Living Products
Anja Furniture Living has several terms for selling its products. These terms are designed to facilitate a safe, mutually beneficial, and smooth buying process, from ordering to the product arriving at your doorstep.
Ordering and Payment
Once you select a product from Anja Furniture Living, ensure that the product to be paid matches your requirements. Orders will be processed as soon as all necessary information is provided.
The required information includes the product name, size, color, and price. Buyer information should include name, address, and payment method. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or COD (cash on delivery).
Furniture Prices
The published prices are net prices. These prices do not include shipping, insurance, storage, or any other necessary costs. Anja Furniture Living may change product prices at any time.
The total amount payable will be determined after the buyer places an order and confirms the purchase. A 50% deposit is required for the ordered products.
Affordable Furniture Prices
These prices represent the lowest furniture prices. Most items are small-sized furniture, such as wooden chairs. The production process is straightforward, and the materials are easy to find.
This type of furniture usually has no carvings, meaning it has a plain design. The production process is quick and not highly complex, but the design still appears quite elegant.
Mid-Range Furniture Prices
The prices provided here are for mid-range furniture. The quality offered is above that of affordable prices. There is some patterning on the furniture, and the design has a modern touch.
You can find attractive sofa options with good quality, durable materials, and comfort being a top priority at Anja Furniture Living.
Premium Furniture Prices
For premium prices, you can obtain luxurious and classy designs. Tables, chairs, and sofas look modern and elegant. With contemporary designs combined with superior quality, these pieces are sure to impress.
Choosing this price range also allows you to design your own furniture easily. However, we will provide input on the design to ensure that the final product meets your expectations and stays within theme.
Shipping
Anja Furniture Living is not responsible for delays or situations beyond our control, such as material shortages, delivery delays, or port checks.
Once payment is completed, goods must be shipped within 7 (seven) days. If no shipment occurs after 7 (seven) days, Arjuna Furniture reserves the right to allocate the product for other purposes. Customers will be notified via email or SMS before such actions are taken.
Ordering Terms
Customer orders will be treated as new orders, starting based on customer requests. If there is no shipment after the initiation, the order will be considered canceled, and the deposit will be forfeited.
Care will be taken with the products to provide good service to buyers and meet delivery schedules. All delivery dates may change, with prior notification to the buyer.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are allowed, but the deposit cannot be refunded. Once the order is confirmed, the buyer cannot cancel the purchased product. Items/products shipped to the buyer’s address cannot be returned.
Cancellations will also affect the 50% deposit previously made. If the buyer cancels, the deposit will be forfeited and non-refundable.
Product Damage
Anja Furniture Living will inspect products before shipping. Any claims, such as defects, damages, or shortages, must be made in writing by the buyer within 3 (three) days before the scheduled delivery.
If the buyer does not submit a damage claim for the purchased product, Anja Furniture Living will assume the product is in good condition and complete, ready for delivery.
Anja Furniture Living is not responsible for damage caused by the buyer. Damage or defects in the product will be replaced or repaired only if the damage is due to production errors.
Warranty and Guarantees
Products will be replaced if defects are found due to production errors, with claims limited to six months from the purchase date. However, warranties and guarantees do not apply to fabric or leather products.
During the warranty period, Anja Furniture Living will repair damaged items free of charge. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, impact, modifications, neglect, or wear and tear.
During the warranty and repair process, Anja Furniture Living will promptly send the replaced/repaired product. Buyers will not need to pay for shipping.
